The Conseil québécois des entreprises adaptées (CQEA) strives to respect and safeguard the privacy of users to its Web site.


The Web site does not include any technology that could be used to collect personal data from users without their consent. The only cases in which the CQEA could collect personal information is when such information is provided voluntarily by users, e.g. by writing directly to an e-mail address found on the site. Any information thus collected will be treated and conserved in the same manner as any other direct exchanges with the CQEA.

Information exchanged automatically

You should be aware that, as soon as you access the site, information is automatically exchanged between your computer and the CQEA server, without your intervention. The information does not identify you personally. It consists of :

  • the type of browser and operating system used to access our site;
  • the date and time you access our site;

The CQEA uses Google Analytics. This service requires in its privacy policy that we bring to the attention of website users this statement:

This exchange of information is necessary in order for the server to send files that are compatible with the computer hardware the user is using. The CQEA also stores information needed to track the number of users to the site, the most frequently accessed pages, the technology used by users to CQEA Web site, the referring sites, and the country of origin of users to CQEA Web site.
