Who are our trainings for?

Our trainings are mainly aimed at targeted people in these categories:

• Administration/Management
• Supervision of workers with limitations
• Human Resources Management
• Occupational health and safety
• Communication/Marketing

The objectives of our training pool are to identify the needs for skills improvement and training in the adapted companies that are members of our association and to contribute to the improvement of these skills.

The CQEA’s training courses are therefore developed, first and foremost, to specifically meet the needs of adapted companies.
